Two N Four Vocal Jazz under Christine Tavares-Mocha's direction is so honored to be here performing at the JEN Convention. They have repeatedly received the honor of Downbeat Magazine’s Top High School large Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Members of Valencia High School have sung internationally and will sing this year at Carnegie Hall. They have been featured performers for the Hollywood Bowl during the jazz festival, Vibrato Grill, Catalina Jazz Club, and were featured performers at the 2023 ACDA Nationals. Valencia High School is a public school - we turn no student away from performance and funding to reach artistic and musical goals. We have many students who have received scholarships into the arts including full rides to study music and to study jazz. Valencia Choir’s mission statement is to “Inspire, Uplift and Cultivate Community” through musical storytelling.
