Gold Company, the award-winning vocal jazz ensemble at Western Michigan University, is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students whose majors include jazz studies, vocal performance, music education, music therapy and more.
Gold Company regularly tours throughout the United States and Canada. Recent performances and collaborations include Deborah Brown, Peter Eldridge, Kurt Elling, Sara Gazarek, Johnaye Kendrick, the New York Voices, MOSS, Chico Pinheiro, and Monterey Jazz Festival.
Gold Company alumni are working everywhere from Broadway to Hollywood, touring with major artists, working in production, publishing and music education as well as leading the nation’s top collegiate vocal jazz programs.
